Plans and billing
One Standard plan with a free trial, 20 free invoices every month and a small fee for each extra invoice.
Lisive eInvoice has one plan, Standard. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice.

Prices are in USD.
Every plan includes automatic issuing for paid or fulfilled orders, manual issuing with buyer edits, retries for failed invoices, adjustment invoices for refunds, and the storefront invoice request form.
Example: 500 invoices in a month cost $6.99 + (480 × $0.04) = $26.19.

Start your plan
- In Lisive eInvoice, go to Plans.
- Click Start free trial and approve the charge in Shopify.
If you already used the trial, the button reads Subscribe. The app can't issue invoices until a plan is active.
Usage this month
Plans shows how many free invoices you used this month, extra invoices and their cost this billing cycle, and your trial end or next billing date. Click View Shopify billing to see your invoices.
Development stores
On development stores, subscriptions are created as test charges. You are never billed.
Cancel
- Go to Plans.
- Click Cancel subscription and confirm.
The app stops issuing invoices right away, automatically and by hand. Your invoices, settings and provider connection are kept, so you can subscribe again at any time.
Uninstall
When you uninstall the app, your provider connection is deleted right away. The rest of your store's data is deleted about 48 hours later.
