Invoicing
Automatic issuing
Choose when invoices are issued, which orders get one, and which orders are skipped.
Automation decides when the app issues an invoice for an order without any work from you. Find it in Settings > Automation.
When to issue
Under Issue invoice, choose:
| Option | What happens |
|---|---|
| After payment | Issue as soon as the order is fully paid. |
| After payment and fulfillment | Wait until the order is paid and fulfilled. |
| After payment or fulfillment | Issue at whichever happens first. |
| Manual, never automatically | Issue invoices yourself from the Orders page. |
Orders to issue
- Orders where the customer requested an invoice. Uses the company or personal details the customer entered on your store.
- Include requests sent after checkout. Requests from the Thank you and Order status pages. Turn off to review these and issue them yourself.
- Orders without an invoice request. Issues a personal invoice from the order details.
- Wait before issuing. Gives customers time to ask for a VAT invoice after they pay, for example from the order status page. Enter 0 to 72 hours. Set 0 to issue right away.
If neither group is selected, no orders are issued automatically.
Filters
- Skip POS orders. POS orders are left for you to handle, unless staff entered invoice details on POS.
- Only domestic orders. Orders shipped outside Vietnam are skipped.
Orders the app never issues automatically
- Test orders, unless your provider is connected in Sandbox
- Cancelled, refunded and voided orders
- Orders in a currency other than VND
- Orders that contain only gift cards
- Orders whose invoice request is missing details or has invalid details
Skipped orders show up on Invoices with the status Skipped and the reason. Fix the issue, then click Retry, or issue the invoice from Orders.
Turning everything off for a while
To stop all issuing and hide every invoice request form without losing your settings, turn the app off in Settings > App status. See Where customers can request an invoice.
