Invoice settings
Template code, series, store code, VAT rate, seller information, shipping VAT and the invoice lookup code.
These settings decide what goes on every invoice. Find them on the Settings page and click Save when you are done.
Invoice defaults
Values from your provider account. Wrong values stop invoices from being issued.

| Invoice template code | The template code from your provider account, for example 1 (Mắt Bão Invoice) or 1/001 (VNPT Invoice). Must match exactly. |
| Invoice series | The series registered with your provider, for example C26TAA. The 2 digits after the first letter are the year, so update it each January. |
| Store code | Optional. Only set it if your provider assigned a store code. With Mắt Bão Invoice it defaults to SHOPIFY. |
| Default VAT rate | Used when a product has no VAT rate of its own: 0%, 5%, 8%, 10%, Not subject to VAT (KCT) or No VAT declaration required (KKKNT). |
Connect a provider first, then fill in these values.
Seller information
Printed on every invoice. The seller name, tax code, address and phone come from your provider account profile. To change them, update the profile in your provider account.
Store name on invoices is printed as the seller store name. Leave it empty if you don't need it.
Shipping VAT
By default, shipping follows the VAT treatment of your products. To set it separately:
- Turn on Customize shipping VAT.
- Keep Include shipping on the invoice on to add shipping as a line on the invoice.
- Choose the Shipping VAT mode:
- Included in the shipping price. The shipping price already contains VAT.
- Added on top of the shipping price. VAT is added to the shipping price.
- Choose the Shipping VAT rate.
Advanced
- Invoice lookup code format (Mắt Bão Invoice). The code customers use to look up their invoice. Placeholders:
{{STORE_CODE}},{{ORDER_ID}},{{ORDER_NAME}}. The default is{{STORE_CODE}}-{{ORDER_ID}}, for exampleSHOPIFY-6964567474314. - Language. The language of the app. Choose English or Vietnamese, or leave it on Automatic.
