Getting started
Connect your e-invoice provider
Sign in with your Mắt Bão Invoice or VNPT Invoice account so the app can issue legal invoices on your behalf.
Lisive eInvoice issues invoices through your own account with a licensed Vietnamese e-invoice provider. Your invoice template, series and seller details live in that account.
Supported providers:
- Mắt Bão Invoice
- VNPT Invoice
Connect
- In Lisive eInvoice, go to Settings.
- In E-invoice provider, click Connect provider.
- Choose your Provider.
- Choose the Environment:
- Production issues legal invoices.
- Sandbox is for testing. Test invoices are not legal invoices.
- Fill in the details from your provider (see below) and click Connect provider.
Connection details cannot be edited later. To change them, disconnect and connect again.
Mắt Bão Invoice
- Tax code (MST)
- Username
- Password
VNPT Invoice
Use the details VNPT sent with your contract:
- Webservice address, for example
https://yourcompany-tt78admin.vnpt-invoice.com.vn - Issuing account (Account) and Issuing account password
- Webservice username and Webservice password
Your VNPT account must sign invoices with HSM. Turn off the invoice notification emails in the VNPT portal so customers do not receive two emails.
Check the connection
In E-invoice provider, click Test connection. You see Connection working when everything is fine. The badge shows Production or Sandbox.
Status callback (Mắt Bão Invoice)
With Mắt Bão Invoice, your provider tells the app when an invoice status changes. Set it up once:
- In Settings, find Status callback and copy the Callback URL and the Authorization token. Copy the whole token, including the leading
Bearer. - Open the webhook settings (Cấu hình Webhook) in your Mắt Bão account.
- Paste the Callback URL into Link callback.
- Paste the token into Token truyền qua Header Authorization.
- Set Loại trả về to Tất cả, tick Kích hoạt, then save.
Click Regenerate token if the token may have leaked. The old token stops working right away, so paste the new one into your provider immediately.
Disconnect
In Settings > Danger zone, click Disconnect provider and confirm. New invoices cannot be issued until you connect again. Issued invoices are not affected.
Connection problems
- Could not connect. Check the credentials in your provider account and try again.
- Could not sign in to your e-invoice provider. Your password may have changed. Disconnect and connect again with the new details.
- Sandbox details with Production selected (or the other way round). Choose the environment that matches your account.
