Read the confirmed address on orders
Where the confirmed province, ward and street appear on an order, and how to use them in fulfillment.
When a customer clicks Confirm on the Thank you page, the app adds the confirmed address to the order. The Shopify shipping address stays as the customer entered it at checkout.
Additional details
Open the order in your Shopify admin. The confirmed address is listed under Additional details:

The customer types the house number and street. The app does not fill it in.
Province and ward codes follow the official list of 2025 administrative units. Use the code when you send the address to a carrier or an internal system, and the name when you print a label.
Full address metafield
The app also saves the full address as one line in the order metafield VAA full address (lisive.address), for example:
52 Lê Lợi, Phường Bến Thành, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh
You can show this metafield on the order page, use it in packing slip templates, or read it from other apps and workflows.
If the customer confirms again
Each confirmation replaces the previous values. Other additional details on the order are kept.
Orders without a confirmed address
If the customer closes the page without confirming, the order has no vaa_ fields. Use the Shopify shipping address, or contact the customer to confirm the ward.
